Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received a damaged product or manufacturing defect, wrong item, please Email us at support@sitaravastra.com or in over WhatsApp number +91 9979971367 to initiate the return process with your order number, reason and a couple of pictures of the material with an unboxing video within 2 Days of delivery, After 2 Days customer are not eligible for any type of refund/return.
Once we received your parcel at our warehouse your product will be sent for (QC) quality check, once we verify your product from our side we will proceed your request as well.
We are not offering any type of reverse pickup service from our side in return and exchange cases, you have to send the package back at our warehouse address on client cost and share the tracking number and shipment Image in 24 hours. Products bought during festival season sales are non-refundable.
We will try to replace the product as soon as possible or issue a refund if you wish to.
In case you received the wrong product only, there is an exchange option is available.
In case you received the damage product only, there is same product exchange option is available.
Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. customer for cancellation of pre-paid order, we will deduct cancellation charges as per product amount.
Refunds for partial paid & rest cash on delivery orders shipping amount can’t be refunded.
Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram message.
At Sitara Vastra each product is quality checked, verified, and then shipped to the customer, but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full amount of order.
Your refund amount will be processed and should be credited to your provided bank account within 5-7 working days.
Size Issue: We do not accept returns solely based on size-related issues. If you received the wrong size, an exchange option is available. Return for size-related issues is not applicable if the received size matches the ordered size.
Regarding size, a tolerance of 0.50 inch+/- will be considered within acceptable limits and will not be considered as a wrong size delivered.
Note: Any kind of customizations (Pico Fall, Blouse, any type of Stitching or cutting) done by customer in the Sitara Vastra Store product cannot be eligible for exchanged or returned.
Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture shown:
We understand that in some cases that you may not like the product which you have received, or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we do have a flat 2 Days of exchange/return policy in such cases and Rs. 200 will be deducted for every item for of exchange/return for operation cost and processing fee.
if your order is booked in COD (Cash on Delivery) then your COD charges are not be refunded at any conditions.
Color Variation: The received product may exhibit a color variation of up to 10% - 15% due to differences in phone camera and screen settings. In that case it will not be accepted as grounds for a return or exchange. please be aware of this possibility when making your purchase.
Disclaimer: Model images are only representative. slight variation in color, fabric & work is possible due to lightings & flash while photoshoot.
Decoration material like tassels in saree, purse, jewelry, and any other accessory showing in the image are not included with the product always check description before purchase.

Eligibility and conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchanges are applicable only within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Products eligible for an exchange must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If the customer is eligible for an Exchange, we can provide a one-time Exchange only. After the one-time Exchange is processed, the return and Exchange policy for that order will automatically close in our system. No further Exchanges or actions can be accommodated beyond this point. -
Exchange Procedure

Provide order details, reason for exchange, and desired replacement product (must be of equal or higher value).
You may select any product from our website that is of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
If the replacement product’s value exceeds that of the returned item, the additional amount must be paid in advance.
Await approval from Sitara Vastra Team before proceeding. -
Exchange Approval and Costs
If the exchange is approved by Sitara Vastra Team:
You will be responsible for both-way shipping charges at on customer risk.
Reverse pick-up charge of ₹200 will be applicable.
New product dispatch charge of ₹200 per product will apply.
Any price difference between the returned product and the selected replacement must be paid to Sitara Vastra Bank prior to dispatch.
